The Adipooram festival is one of the important festivals of Siddhar Peetam. The festivities start in the early hours of the day previous to Pooram and continue till night of the of the next day. For the full 48 hours, festive celebrations take place at the Siddhar Peetam. Every year more and more people come and now over one hundred thousand people come during these two days.
