For this years Navarathiri Latcha Archanai we collected 1830 Archanai from our sakthis and their office and family and friends. Last wek we sent the list and remittance to our relative Subbiah to conduct the Archanai at the Temple and send the kunguma prasadam back for distribution to our sakthis in Singapore. Last year we sent 1033 Archanais from here.

We are making arrangements to collect donations from Sakthis and well wishers for the "Eye Treatment Camp" to be conducted in March 2001 for the benefit of the poor people who wish to be treated for eye diseases as occurs every year at the Sakthi Peedam Hospital. Last year we collected Rs. 165,000.00 (>4,000 USD) and sent it to the hospital for this good deed. We hope to do better this year by the Grace of AMMA for the benefit of the poor and needy people.
